2. Serial number for the window – it is a large white sticker that looks like this:
a. Double Hung – look on top of the upper sash
b. Sliders – open the right sash, it is located on the sash or in the top of the frame
c. Casement/Crank out – look in the upper right hand side in the frame
d. Patio Door – we have to look it up so we just need your contact information
