If you’re having a problem with your windows and cannot find a solution in our F.A.Q. or Repair Center, you can fill out a support request below and we will be happy to assist you.
Be sure to include the product serial number with your request. The serial number is on a large white sticker as shown below. If you need help finding the serial number sticker:
- Double Hung Windows – look on top of the upper sash
- Slider Windows – open the right sash, it is located on the sash or in the top of the frame
- Casement/Crank Out Windows – look in the upper right hand side in the frame
